Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Car Reveal mobile application and website (together, the "Service") operated by Delpha Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Car Reveal is an AI-powered car recognition service. You can take or upload a photo of a car, and our service will attempt to identify its make, model, year range, and provide price estimates. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.

If you choose to create a public share link, anyone with that link can view its compressed photo and identification result until the link expires. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share the photo.

3. Accounts

Some limited Car Reveal features may be available without an account. Saving scan history, purchasing or restoring Pro, and other account features require a supported sign-in method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Purchases and Billing

Free Tier

Free users receive 5 scans each month at no cost.

Pro Lifetime Purchase

Car Reveal Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase. Pro users receive 300 scans per month, subject to fair-use protections and anti-abuse limits. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Car Reveal service continues to be operated and offered; it does not guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely.

Billing

All payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By purchasing Pro, you agree to the respective store's payment terms. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

No Auto-Renewing Subscription

New Car Reveal Pro purchases are not auto-renewing subscriptions. There is no monthly or annual renewal to cancel after a lifetime purchase.

Legacy Subscriptions

Customers with a legacy monthly or annual subscription remain subject to the store terms shown at the time of purchase and can manage or cancel that subscription through their Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Car Reveal no longer offers new monthly or annual subscriptions.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded or revoked by the store, Pro access may be removed.

5. AI-Generated Results

Car identification results, price estimates, and descriptions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that results are correct, complete, or up to date. Specifically:

• Price estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon for purchasing, selling, or insuring a vehicle.
• Identification may be incorrect, particularly for rare, modified, or partially visible vehicles.
• Results do not constitute professional vehicle appraisal, inspection, or valuation.

You acknowledge that AI-generated results are for informational and entertainment purposes only, and you use them at your own discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent scan quotas or other usage limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Resell or redistribute the Service's identification results as a commercial service without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Delpha Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your scan results (thumbnails and identification data) belong to you, and you may use them freely.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delpha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated results
• Decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through the App's settings or by contacting us at delphalabs@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your Firebase account data, scans, and thumbnails from Car Reveal. It does not constitute a refund and does not automatically erase purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, analytics, or accounting records retained by app stores or service providers under their own obligations. Contact us if you need help restoring a valid store purchase after account deletion.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
