Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Car Reveal mobile application ("App") operated by Delpha Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Car Reveal is an AI-powered car recognition app. You can take or upload a photo of a car, and our service will attempt to identify its make, model, year range, and provide price estimates. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

To use Car Reveal, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Tier

All users receive 10 lifetime scans at no cost. These do not renew.

Pro Subscription

Car Reveal Pro is available as a monthly ($5/month) or annual ($50/year) auto-renewing subscription. Pro subscribers receive 300 scans per month.

Billing

All payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the respective store's payment terms. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. AI-Generated Results

Car identification results, price estimates, and descriptions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that results are correct, complete, or up to date. Specifically:

  • Price estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon for purchasing, selling, or insuring a vehicle.
  • Identification may be incorrect, particularly for rare, modified, or partially visible vehicles.
  • Results do not constitute professional vehicle appraisal, inspection, or valuation.

You acknowledge that AI-generated results are for informational and entertainment purposes only, and you use them at your own discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent scan quotas or other usage limits
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Resell or redistribute the App's identification results as a commercial service without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Delpha Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your scan results (thumbnails and identification data) belong to you, and you may use them freely.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delpha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated results
  • Decisions made based on information provided by the App
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us at delphalabs@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all your scans, thumbnails, and account information are permanently removed from our servers.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
